What will you do:
- Work independently, to monitor and suggest improvements for creative approaches to improve conversion rates, ROI, and PPC/keyword utilization.
- Take our reporting to the next level, by analyzing data and recommending solutions to specific problems and better utilizing analytics tools (e.g.: Google analytics).
- Confidently make presentations and recommendations to the wider marketing team, recruitment and clients (when necessary), demonstrating your unique understanding of this area and opportunities for future improvement.
- Ensure implementation of your recommendations is carried out and monitor for improvements, making adjustments where necessary.
- be passionate about brand awareness activities and digital marketing, and have a thirst for keeping up to date with industry knowledge, changing trends, and advising the wider business stakeholders of learnings.

- Has experience in optimizing campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, through advanced knowledge and experience in campaign and budget management;
- Has experience in confidently making recommendations to improve our campaigns;
- Has experience in providing robust reports on campaign performance;
- Has experience in making recommendations on platform / channel usage at a country level;
- Experience as a Marketing Manager;
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness (digital and offline);
- And looks forward to working in a multinational, with national or international career opportunities.
