Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description: The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliation, revenue recognition, payroll recording, and other related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.

General Summary:

The Paid Social Analyst will lead the implementation and development of the paid social channel, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels. The Essentials

The FCRA Participations department handles contractual reporting to talent and co-production companies on all of Warner Bros. film, television, home entertainment, games, and new media libraries. The Sr. Financial Analyst position is responsible for preparing and reviewing participations statements. This position reviews and understands contractual agreements, ensuring that all financial obligations are met. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for enhancing departments systems and tools through involvement in system design and testing; and improving business processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare participations statements, leveraging a new state-of-the-art Participations system, WB’s enterprise SAP platform, existing tools, and analytical methodologies. Read and understands abstracts, legal agreements, and other related written documentation. Perform first level review of statements prepared by other Financial Analysts / Sr. Financial Analysts and provide feedback to preparers to make changes and correct errors, as needed. Objetivo

Serás responsable de: construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes en el sector de materiales de construcción. Su objetivo es aumentar la productividad de los clientes -ventas y

beneficios- a partir de la correcta y oportuna implementación de la propuesta de valor, las directrices de marca, el marketing y la gestión de categorías.

Tus principales retos serán:

• Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes existentes y potenciales en el sector de materiales de la construcción.
• Realizar visitas periódicas a los clietes para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas.
• Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Elaborar propuestas comerciales que alineen las necesidades de los clientes con los productos y servicios de la empresa.
• Negociar contratos y condiciones con los franquiciados, asegurando la rentabilidad para la empresa.
• Analizar resultados de ventas de los franquiciados y presentar informes periódicos a la gerencia.
  
  
  

Requisitos indispensables

• Formación Académica: Profesional en ingeniería civil o un licenciado en mercadeo y publicidad.
• Deseable conocimientos en ISO 9001
• Experiencia: 1 – 2 años de experiencia en ventas, consumo masivo, retail. Experiencia en manejo de clientes.
• Experiencia en ferreterías.
• Horario: lunes - viernes 7:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (Por lo general estará viajando a la Costa Atlántica de martes a viernes)

Analizar, diseñar y crear soluciones de software a fin de desarrollar mejoras y proyectos estratégicos, solucionar inconvenientes en las aplicaciones y mejorar la arquitectura técnica actual mediante metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software.

Funciones

• Analizar los requerimientos de los usuarios priorizados por el área de administración de la demanda
• Diseñar soluciones de software orientados a la eficiencia y eficacia.
• Estimar el tiempo que toma desarrollar una solución de software.
• Codificar soluciones de software.
• Solventar mediante técnicas de desarrollo de software, inconvenientes presentados en las aplicaciones de producción. Detectar los problemas o carencias de los sistemas, analizarlos y proponer soluciones.
• Utilizar la metodología de desarrollo ágil SCRUM.
• Realizar el set de pruebas correspondientes a las aplicaciones de software.
• Registrar las tareas del día a día según la metodología KANBAN.
• Documentar lo requerido para instalar una solución de software en los ambientes de pruebas y finalmente en el ambiente de producción.

Objetivos

Apoyar en las tareas contables y administrativas de una administración de condominios, asegurando que los registros financieros estén actualizados, los pagos y cobros se realicen puntualmente, y se cumplan con los requerimientos fiscales y legales.

Requisitos

• Graduado de Bachiller Técnico en contabilidad (indispensable)
• Experiencia mínimo 1 año en puestos de auxiliar contable o administración.
• Conocimientos: Manejo Excel, Word, conciliaciones bancarias y conceptos básicos de administración de condominios.

Puesto: Encargado de Costos Financieros

Objetivo del Puesto:

Responsable de llevar a cabo el análisis, control y registro de los costos de producción, los gastos operativos y demás costos relacionados con las actividades empresariales. Asegura que toda la información financiera esté de acuerdo con las políticas contables, fiscales y corporativas, brindando datos clave para la toma de decisiones financieras.

Responsabilidades:

• Análisis de Costos: Realizar análisis detallados de los costos de producción, operativos y de inventarios, con el fin de identificar áreas de mejora en la eficiencia y rentabilidad.
• Cálculo de Costos: Calcular y registrar los costos de los productos, servicios y procesos, asegurando que se reflejen de manera adecuada en los estados financieros.
• Control de Inventarios: Mantener y controlar los inventarios de la empresa, analizando las variaciones y asegurando que los registros sean precisos y estén actualizados.
• Informes Financieros: Elaborar informes periódicos sobre los costos de producción y gastos operativos, presentando recomendaciones para optimizar los recursos.
• Presupuesto y Planificación: Colaborar en la elaboración de presupuestos, analizando costos proyectados y realidades de producción, con el fin de mantener los gastos bajo control.
• Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que todos los procesos relacionados con costos se adhieran a las normativas fiscales, contables y corporativas vigentes.
• Auditoría y Control: Apoyar en las auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando la información solicitada sobre los costos de producción y gastos de la empresa.

Requisitos:

• Formación Académica: Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
• Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferentemente en áreas de costos o finanzas.
• Conocimientos Técnicos:
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas de Microsoft Excel.
