Objetivo del puesto:

Garantizar el abasto oportuno de la mercadería resurtible en cada unidad del negocio, incluyendo Tiendas, Centros de Distribución y/o Plantas, en cantidades suficientes y de acuerdo a los objetivos asignados a sus carteras a cargo, mediante análisis de tendencias, elección de esquemas de distribución, valoración e innovación de estrategias conjuntas con proveedores y el área comercial, para cumplir con los niveles de abasto e inventario establecidos, siempre manteniendo la comunicación y visibilidad de los riesgos derivados se sus análisis.

 

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar proyectos de innovación para eficientizar y optimizar la cadena de suministro (Walmart/Cedis y planta) en conjunto con los socios de negocio.
  • Planear y dar seguimiento a los tiempos de entrega para cada artículo del que es responsable, tomando en cuenta los diferentes canales de distribución, para asegurar el abasto en tiempo, y los días inventario, resolviendo las situaciones que interfieran en la entrega oportuna.
  • Elaborar análisis de tendencias e historiales de precio para evaluar y anticipar, situaciones que pudieran alterar el flujo de volumen de inventario a lo largo del proceso.
  • Realizar análisis comparativos entre los pedidos que se generan automática o manualmente, contra las necesidades de cada departamento o formato de negocio, para mantener niveles de abasto asignados para cada unidad.
  • Controlar las variables y parámetros del sistema de Resurtido (demanda de mercancía, tiempos de entrega, niveles de inventario, etc.), para asegurar los niveles de inventario de las tiendas y los Centros de Distribución/Plantas.
  • Asegurar junto con su líder, la correcta ejecución del presupuesto de compra para las categorías a cargo, realizando análisis comparativos entre los pedidos que se generan automática o manualmente, contra las necesidades de cada departamento o formato de negocio, para mantener niveles de abasto asignados para cada unidad.
  • Acordar con los compradores y/o Administradores de Categorías, los tiempos y las cantidades requeridas para las actividades comerciales, analizando tendencias, demanda y canibalización, entre otros factores, para cumplir con los objetivos de venta sin alterar los planes de inventario establecidos; contemplando además la capacidad logística de la red de distribución (flujo de volumen y almacenamiento).
  • Coordinar con los Administradores de Categorías y Compradores la estrategia de tiempos y volúmenes de mercancía necesarios para cumplir con el objetivo de abasto, venta, margen y días de inventario esperados, para cumplir con los requerimientos de las temporadas y de las diferentes actividades comerciales.
  • Establecer acuerdos logísticos con los Proveedores y/o Plantas (S&OP) para asegurar niveles de abasto e inventario, mediante reuniones semanales para analizar la demanda de artículos, promociones y temporadas, planes de producción del proveedor, cierres programados o cambios de sistema y riesgos en el mercado; actuando de manera preventiva y/o correctiva. Mantener al comercial alineado como parte de la célula. En el caso de PE la célula la lidera S&OP.
  • Evaluar y autorizar estrategias de mercado y mantenimientos al sistema de Resurtido desarrolladas por proveedores que mantienen una función de trabajo colaborativo bajo el esquema de colaboración CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment), cuando aplique.

 

Experiencia laboral:
