About the role:

CHANEL is looking for a Senior Group Director, Fashion Retail to join our Fashion Retail Leadership Team. As the Ultimate House of Luxury, CHANEL sets the bar in defining style and providing excellent service to our clients. In an ever-evolving landscape where the definition of “luxury” is changing, clients are demanding an increasing level of elevated service. This role requires an ability to be agile and a strong aptitude for elevating the internal and external Client mindset. The retail environment is filled with interesting challenges, and we seek a transformational leader to help continuously evolve CHANEL’s retail organization.

This role interfaces with all of our boutique teams in the Florida region and will report to the Head of Retail for the Southeast region. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, have a passion for people leadership and excellent client service and be based in the Florida market.

  • Act as voice of your respective region, making recommendations to best support all aspects of the retail business while working with the Head of Retail to set strategic objectives and vision for boutiques in the region to drive focus on Client and commercial KPIs

  • Collaborate closely with counterparts from Watches and Fine Jewelry and Fragrance and Beaute divisions to ensure seamless and consistent client experience across all touch points

  • Identify industry and market trends, maintaining keen awareness of industry partner and competitor movements and activities
  • Encourage individual empowerment and employee development by being a hands-on visible leader fostering both a learner’s mindset and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide consistent vision on talent evaluation and performance management across all boutiques to ensure consistency with CHANEL brand values, driving leadership development and succession planning
  • Champion and drive D&I initiatives in partnership with D&I leadership and HRBPs Instill an operational mind-set, and show visible support for operational efficiency, strengthening partnerships across all Boutique functions
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency that will enhance client experience and/or profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external constituents on areas such as: loss prevention, anti-diversion, employment laws, privacy laws, inventory counts, etc.

Position Logistics:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a multi-boutique or store environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Partially remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person boutique presence
  • Ability to frequently travel up to 60% – the position entails frequent and extensive travel, including at times, international travel
  • Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Excel and Power Point to a competent standard
  • Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate.

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $172,600 - $220,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO:
Coordinar el pago de las compensaciones de los puestos de trabajo, con base a políticas internas así como la legislación laboral y fiscal vigente, con el fin de atraer, retener y motivar el talento humano.

  • Promover la innovación, mejora continua y actualización constante en el equipo para lograr la eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejoras en los procesos del área y ejecutar acciones correctivas y de seguimiento con el fin de lograr la eficiencia operativa.
  • Gestionar requerimientos de información de auditores, autoridades administrativas y judiciales, asegurando procesos oportunos, eficientes e integrales que evidencie la transparencia y cumplimiento de las operaciones de la empresa.
  • Gestionar las actividades correspondientes al personal (programar vacaciones, subsidios, días libres) en coordinación con el superior inmediato, garantizando, de esta manera, el descanso del personal y liberación de vacaciones del área.
  • Garantizar eficazmente la seguridad de los trabajadores a su cargo, por medio del cumplimiento de las regulaciones establecidas en el reglamento técnico organizativo en materia de higiene y seguridad de sinsa, con el fin de evitar que se genere un riesgo para los trabajadores en sus actividades.
  • Asegurar y garantizar la aplicación de las normas, políticas, y procedimientos; proponiendo mejoras para la debida gestión de riesgos relacionados a los procesos, operaciones y funciones del área/departamento a cargo.
  • Liderar acciones necesarias para crear un equipo altamente comprometido en brindar experiencias positivas, únicas y memorables, con el fin de asegurar la calidad en el servicio y experiencia de compras de nuestros clientes.

En base a la programación de pedidos por día, es responsable del correcto armado de mercancía solicitada por los clientes, en orden secuencial por pasillo y ubicarlo de forma eficiente en la tarima.

Durante el sacado de pedidos, asegurar que la mercancía se mantenga en buen estado, separa los productos en mal estado, notificando a supervisor cualquier anomalía.

Estiba la mercancía/carga

Al cumplir con el pedido solicitado, lo ubica en el área de inspección de despacho identificándolo con número de pedido, fecha y puerta. Al paletizar el pedido, verifica el buen estado de las tarimas y notifica cuando se necesite reemplazar aquellas en mal estado.

Confirma las cantidades físicas alistadas (Pocket/PDT) para el correcto envió.

Asiste a otras áreas del centro de distribución, en que su labor sea necesaria.

A Protocol Review Specialist is someone who attends a 20 minute Protocol Review Appointment with a customer that has purchased a new health and wellness product.

On the Protocol Review Appointment, we walk a customer step by step through a carefully crafted Health and Wellness Protocol designed to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased.

About half of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements, programs, coaching, or devices. So, using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling, we offer the customer additional products to support their goals.

This process generates a sale on 40%-50% of the appointments, with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So reps can sell anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 every day, depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.

Brindar una atención integral a los clientes externos e internos de la empresa de forma presencial y telefónica, además de brindar soporte en archivo, apoyo a diversos departamentos de la organización, control de suministros, coordinar y controlar los procesos de compras locales e internacionales, de importaciones y exportaciones desde la emisión de la orden de compra hasta el ingreso o salida del Almacén, cumpliendo con los requisitos internos de la compañía de precio, calidad y cumplimiento en los niveles de stock requeridos.

 

Requisitos:
• Técnico o estudiante avanzado de Bachiller Universitario en Aduanas, Comercio
Internacional, Administración de Empresas, Logística u otro afín.
• Experiencia al menos 2 años en posiciones de servicio al cliente, atención telefónica, gestión administrativa, compras locales e internacionales, importación, logística o gestión de la cadena de suministro.
• Deseable: Experiencia con agencias aduanales y navieras, aranceles aduanales, impuestos, liberación de embargos, regulaciones nacional e internacional, acuerdos internacionales.
• Manejo de programas informáticos: Microsoft Office / Deseable: Net Suite, ATV.
• Inglés conversacional y escrito 90%.
• Habilidades de negociación, numéricas y analíticas, proactividad, atención al detalle y adaptabilidad.

 

Ubicación: El Coyol de Alajuela.

 

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm.

You Will

  • Provide the standard for a great Smartsheet Customer experience.
  • Respond to Customers within 24-48 hours of an inquiry coming in.
  • Communicate with Customers by phone and email.
  • Answer Customer payment and invoice questions.
  • Assist Customers with desired changes to their account.
  • Assist Smartsheet Employees with questions, and problems.
  • Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the Customer and Smartsheet.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

You Have

  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Data Entry.
  • Established Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills.
  • Typing skills with the ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job.

Tenemos una oportunidad para ti, ¡estamos buscando Account Executive!

Como Account Executive desarrollarás tu labor en nuestro equipo comercial de post venta con el objetivo principal de gestionar el mantenimiento de cuentas, potenciar, fidelizar, facturar y administrar las relaciones estratégicas y comerciales:

  • Venta consultiva y administración de promociones pagas por nuestros partners.
  • Coordinación de promociones y publicidad en la App con los Partners buscando su inversión en las diferentes verticales de PedidosYa.
  • Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de la operativa de nuestros partners en el App.
  • Mejorar la experiencia del usuario a través del correcto entrenamiento de las herramientas disponibles en la App para nuestros comercios afiliados.
  • Desarrollar y acordar condiciones comerciales y de facturación.
  • Analizar la inversión óptima para cada cliente en pos de maximizar el retorno de la misma.
  • Análisis de la performance de los partners para generar nuevos prospectos para negociaciones, logrando nuevos acuerdos comerciales.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Deseable conocimientos en Marketing y de manejo de indicadores de Marketing Digital (CPO, CPA, CPC, Ratios de Conversión).
  • Experiencia comercial generando y gestionando carteras de clientes y cuentas.
  • Perfil data driven. Experiencia o conocimientos de KPI´s.
  • Dominio de Excel.
  • Habilidades sólidas en ventas. Perfil analítico y estratégico combinado con una marcada orientación a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad de planificación, organización y autonomía.
  • Automóvil propio para trabajar.
